The natural development of the city or a part of it, preserving and taking into account even the smallest historical elements, leads to the creation of better, sustainable architecture In Sparta factory theritory we selected the most characteristic elements of the place - brick masonry houses, chimney - and designed a new 'office factory' campus around them. New buildings are designed reacting to regular New town planning principles and pattern of historical street network. Triangular green square designed at the east side of the site visualy merges with the green space in front of the multistory apartment building standing nearby. Height of the designed buildings increases inside the center of the quarter and decreases in the southern part. Inner space of the quarter is formed by old restored and newly designed buildings. This space connects with Švitrigailos and Algirdo streets.
