While maintaining the principle concept and structure of the presented urban vision, we propose to emphasize the connection of the territory with the river and the inclusion of the embankment perimeter in the depth of the block. A clear hierarchy of the inner spaces of the quarter is created - both inner streets connect to the square, and the space of the square connects to the embankment and the river. The central square is designed closer to the existing Baltic Center building, in the center of the block, so the sections of the continuous perimeter of the embankment become more uniform, they seem to fold into the depth of the block and become the perimeter of the central square. In this way, the commercially valuable construction of the embankment is extended, and the Central Square becomes the most important center of attraction of the entire area bounded by Geležinis Vilkas, Jasinskis and A. Goštautos streets. The gentle rise of the square's plane from the embankment in the east direction not only allows for the smooth integration of the proposed pedestrian bridge over Geležinii Vilks street, but also creates an attractive public space focused on the river.
